    • Smooth pipe wall The pipe wall is smooth and mirror-shaped which is not easy to breed bacteria. The friction loss in the pipeline is minimal.
    • Oil-free treatment All piping and joints are physically degreased, cleaned, oil-free, and dustless cut-off during assembly and packaging.
    • Opaque HP-PVC can avoid light penetration to prevent germ growth.
    • Cost-saving Compared with PVDF, PP, SUS and other material in the pure water system, the price of ASAHI HP-PVC is more affordable.
    • Simple construction Use solvent to the joints to avoid the leakage with TS construction method.

ASAHI HP-PVC (Clean PVC) is a special formulation which is suitable for the ultra-pure water system. Its material does not contain lead (Plumbum, Pb). The amount of dissolved metal and TOC is very small which is excellent in applying into pure water transportation system.
